Statement of Use and extension of time filing.
If you applied for a trademark as an intent to use mark then you will receive a Notice of Allowance from the USPTO after the examination process. A statement of use or extension of time has to be filed within 6 months of the issuance of the Notice of Allowance. We can assist you in completing this very important step in your application process.
